Have several friends in the chapter sounds like lots of back stabbing. One friend isn't very happy. She thinks there is too many random mix of girls. The group lacks sisterhood, and too many clicks. She said the Alums pick the class so regardless what they say to anyone the members don't have a say. Too many promises and too many broken. This group needs to work on sisterhood and kindness. Think many of their issue stem from some very unhappy members.

After spending 4 years on campus and about to complete a lap year, I can honestly say there are genuine girls in every sorority. I have met nice girls in XO and I have met not so nice girls in XO; I've met girls with great personalities in XO and some dull personalities in XO. You're not going to be friends with everyone you meet, but it is better to give them a chance instead of judging them from this website.

As a member from another sorority with close friends in this house, I can say for a fact that their alums do not pick their pledge classes. They have a strategic way that they decide and that has to do with how they get out so quickly after all the rounds are over each day. This chapter is respected on campus and can be put into any tier depending on the person categorizing them. From one panhellenic house to another, I wish you ladies the best of luck in recruitment this year!
