Nothing is worst that Phi Kapp. They self rank so much, and it’s honestly so funny how they managed to self rank themselves to the top. So dumb.

Not too many know Phi Kaps in person I dont think. I heard they were the best at TCU before they got kicked off but I just got here and I think they are still really good, just not as social as other fraternities. I had a blast at the party and they were all really friendly. would recommend going to their parties if you haven't already

Definitely not the top house. Idek how that happened. In any case they got a decent pledge class this year and if they get an even better one next year, they will be on the rise. Right now the are middle tier at best.

They think they’re top when in reality it’s Lambda, Pi Kapp, Sig Ep. those three are no doubt the top tier and phi kapp isn’t even in the middle tier yet. Baby steps boy. Baby steps.

I guess it's only natural for others to trash talk when a fraternity is rapidly expanding and nearing top. Ignore these other comments. In reality, the fraternity is full of great guys that want to have fun!

Phi Kap be prepared for some retaliation. It’s clear that there is self ranking and it is not a good look. Also, others who live on this site are going to pull u down so there’s no point in self ranking. These guys aren’t weird but apparently they’re all about rebuilding their reputation which is probably why there is self ranking. Not a bad fraternity even tho it’s new. still ahead of like half the other fraternities. good luck cause ur gonna need it

A group known for its diversity. They have some weirdos but also some really great guys as well. I think their diversity allows them to reach a wider range of people and that’s why they are on the come up

I’ve been to a couple of their parties and I’ve come to realize that they are a very diverse group.They are from all over. Some are snobby rich kids, others are very down to earth genuine people, some a party animals and others prefer to just chill. A few studs and some weirdos. But overall I think this is a good Middle Tier group.
