Phi Kappa Sigma - ΦΚΣ Fraternity at Texas Christian University - TCU 4.5 I wasn’t able to rush this semester but if I could have I definitely would have chosen these guys. Super friendly, diverse, interesting, and athletic looking dudes that don’t look like carbon copies of each other. Individual gentlemen, really. The new PC seems to have a lot of clout with the girls too. Their time is coming.
