I went to the party and thought that it was pretty good. Also whoever is commenting at 5:15 am on Greek rank is pretty absurd.

Most people don't even know this is a fraternity at TCU. Thats what no presence and social events does. Phi delt needs to step up

Phi delt is the bottom house. Has been for years. If you're rushing don't think they're a top house -- they self rank a lot. That being don't no visit them, you might get along. Just here to call them out on their self-ranking.
