Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Texas Christian University - TCU 1.0 Phi delt is the bottom house. Has been for years. If you're rushing don't think they're a top house -- they self rank a lot. That being don't no visit them, you might get along. Just here to call them out on their self-ranking.

I would not say Phi Delt is bottom house. Yeah they aren't the best frat they still are average. Not much campus involvement but have some good parties. I went to their Halloween one which was fun. Overall I would say they are middle-tier

I would disagree, I went to the Halloween. It wasn’t good at all and they were weird. I think average is too friendly for these guys.

I thought there Halloween party was pretty fun! There were lots of people at the party and met some cool guys.
