Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Texas Christian University - TCU 2.4 These guys are definitely living in the passed. The way this fraternity is headed doesn't look like they will be relevant for long. Decent pledge class and decent parties, nothing exceptional about them at all.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Texas Christian University - TCU 3.4 Older bro is a Phi Delt alumni, I used to drive down from OU every year to come visit him. There parties were ridiculous because everyone knew they were top house. I was back at this weekend for the first time in 2 years and am shocked how much they've fallen off the grid. They still act like they're the best but dont have the manners nor the looks to back it up. Still rich texans but these boys are far from the southern gentleman I remember. More delta tau delta than phi delt these days. Sadly.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Texas Christian University - TCU 3.0 Phi Delt boys have really not impressed me this year :(. Unless their pledge class can learn some manners, they wont be seeing me again. Last years senior class is what has this fraternity ranked so high, hope to see these guys shape up!

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Texas Christian University - TCU 3.6 So much talk about these guys being top house but I have no idea why. Their pledge class this year is not hot at all and they are super awkward and cant talk to girls. There are way better frats out there ladies, dont waste your time here!!
