Top haus. Don't bother rushing here unless you have been called hot all your life and have everything going for you, they are very picky and only the top prospects get bids. Pretty much cemented into the #1 position.

Most douchey, facey guys on the row. Do nothing involvement wise. Not nice to other frats and sororities (unless you're in a top 3 sorority, and even then just still pretty much a bunch of self-absorbed jerks t0 70% of them).
