yes this is a top house however i have many friends in here who hate it and complain constantly about how fake it is. full of pretty girls who don’t care ab grades and their main goal in life is to have a good instagram. went to a few events they put on and it consisted of them just standing around judging their “sisters”

not trying to judge in any way just some advice for girls coming in rushing i would not advise joining this if you are hoping for a social life with frats or care ab being a top house. many of these girls are nice but there are many jokes that go around this group. often called phi moo and not overall very well liked. not saying this matters ik it’s superficial but just some advice

Really great group of guys who are super sweet. They threw many great parties this year that me and my friends all loved. Their newest PCs are really improving their reputation, and they are always a lot fun to be around.
