During recruitment they come off as nice, but beware they do mostly take girls from Texas and a few other areas in the south. They care about money and looks and mostly keep to themselves. A few are friends with Chi O and Kappa. They seem to care a lot about popularity. Some people go Tri Delt and regret it because they loved the house during recruitment only to find out most of the girls are fake and not good friends. They are considered top for girls from the south because of the way they act like they are the top. However, many girls do like Tri Delt and there are some nice girls in it so if you like it or think it’s your best fit, go for it. Choose wisely and pick the house that is the most genuine. A house seeming to like you a lot more than another may just be because they are more fake! (This goes for all not just DDD)
