rankings based on what matters

Sure people can go around ranking on looks, what frats people mix with. What we should be ranking is on sisterhood, and how others are treated. So let's rank for example based on hazing in this perspective: Let's rank the so called top tiers truly based on the fact of whether they haze and how they treat their sisters!!

These are the houses people say are top tier but I think it's important to rank what people call top tier in a way where things like hazing are taken into consideration not just looks. The reason why I am not including other houses is because people will say they are irrelevant this isn't true, but it's the fact that this is all people will even see and talk about, so it's important to rank things based on what people talk about and pay attention to (:
