by: QuestionHey I'm rushing in the fall because my gpa this semester. I have heard so many things about SDT. About it be jappy, or some even weird. Some say it's top tier some say it's not. My cousin is in it so its most likely the one I'd be in. Can someone give me an honest view and opinion on it and preferably compare it to aephi since I have another cousin in that! Thanks

heres the truth. neither is top tier, or even close to being top tier tbh. sdt is good if you like to go out a lot. aephi is good if youre interested in partying with aepi and only aepi. neither house is that involved but i have friends in each house that love it! both deff are jappy and many of the girls in these houses went to camp and a good handful of them even knew each other before coming here because of it.

Who cares if sdt/aephi is or isn't a top tier? Honestly who even defines what a top tier house is or isn't? Go through rush and see for yourself and pick a house that YOU yourself will fit in... You have obviously have a little more lead way since you know people in both of the houses... But even so don't base it on them go with what you like not what your cousins like or what supposedly this school is saying top tier
