Omg no. There's no actual blacklist. But you can't lie when sisters asked if you went thru rush before and hearing that you dropped could leave them with a somewhat negative impression of you. Also the house you dropped- EVERY sister will know you and remember you so you will probably get dropped by them ASAP.
This is why girls on here recommend that if you get a bid somewhere you should try and stick it out unless you're 100% positive it's not right for you. You won't be blacklisted, but you didn't do yourself any favors by dropping.
