is it because both of these houses are relatively new that they are aways seem to be at the bottle?? i heard phi sig was once bottom tier...

Yes. Unfortunately new houses do get a bad rap when the come back on campus. Their nationals need to make numbers so they do not discriminate when giving out bids. Once the awkward girls graduate and/or they they get a few really good PC's. They start to improve. Unfortunately, they really have to prove themselves. My mother was SDT in the 80's and they came onto campus strong. It's sad that AGD is not doing so well. dPhi has a fighting chance so far. Phi Sig is sort of stuck.....

Agd has always been lower tier at SU....back in early 2000 that's why they shut down, low membership. DPhi has never been at Cuse. Either way, who cares! It is what it is on this idiotic site and each house has amazing women who have found their home!

DPhiE has been at Syracuse twice. In the Fifties and 80's. They got kicked off in 1996. My Aunt was DPHE here

The current ZBT house belonged to DPhi's HQ but they sold it to ZBT when they left
