to be real though like how is achio gonna recruit girls? there's like none left with agd and dphie having come back recently.. the only girls left are the ones who didn't get bids...

Truuuuuu like good for them coming back but they're gonna be at the bottom below agd cuz they won't even be able to recruit any girls.... Like there's literally none left

wouldn't the pc's get smaller? I feel like axo would be a threat to some houses because they had a decent presence when they left and are one of the largest national sororities so girls will know the name when they rush and they will probably have a lot of legacies soo I wouldn't be surprised if they didn't start out bottom tier

A chi o is coming back this fall and will be rushing out of the Sheraton. They are still leasing their house to dphie until they build up a presence in which case either dphie or achio would have to get a new house, depending on whether or not achio allows dphie to renew their lease after 2017. achio gets first dibs on fall continuous open bids and although there is no obligation to accept one, this could create competition with other chapters. Regardless, with any new chapter it takes time to build up a presence but the "founding" class will have a decent impact.
