Is it true they'll be back next semester taking over d phi e's house???

Can someone from DPhi explain what's up? I know AChiO still owns be house and thought DPhi had a 3 year lease, that would be up sometime this year. Also believe AChiO was banned until 2016.

Go to the Greek office. What did girls i dphi tell you? Follow what they told you. It's their case so they know best. Did you get a bid to dphi or something?

ACHIO is prob coming back but they prob aren't gonna get the house back... & they got kicked off because they hazed their women so bad one almost died.

OWNS the house. SU doesn't own it and neither does DPhie. Not saying I know the answer but I don't think it's true they never get it back. Maybe they have to like recolonize and get numbers before they can take it back.

They didn't get kicked off for hazing. They got kicked off because a few of their members went against rules set on them by their Nationals while they were on probation, and so their Nationals chose to shut them down. It had nothing to do with almost killing anyone. Please don't speak on an issue you know nothing about.

no girl in dphie will come on here and comment on it but you're correct, they don't currently own the house. they could buy it though. achio is allowed to come back 2016, doesn't mean they actually will. right now not looking like they will. either way, if they do come back, one of them would be in a new house. not as dramatic as people are making it out to be lol.

AXO National does not own the house. It's owned by an independent AXO Local group. They are coming back in 2017. DPhiE has already made an offer on the house. If AXO local ownership does not accept offer, DPhiE can still buy a new house.
