I know this is gonna get downvoted, because phi sig literally lives on this site, but they are not upper middle and someone had to say it. Even though both tri delt and kappa had some outliers in their new pcs, it's definitely not dramatic enough for tiers to shift yet. DG got a drop dead gorgeous PC, but way less involved than usual, and there's no diversity at all. A good portion of Axid's new pc is beautiful, involved and genuine, but there is also like 1/3 total randoms. Alpha phi, Gphib, and AGD did surprisingly better than usual. AGD got its first solid pc in awhile and this could be the one that changes things for them. Theta, phi sig and dphie did about the same as the past few years. And you know how it goes with Aephi and SDT.

don't even try to say phi sig or sdt goes before them though, yes sdt parties a lot but their PCs consist mainly of girls who already knew each other from camp, and those who didn't tend to drop. phi sig is full of try hards and social climbers. they want to be top tier so bad and its just embarrassing, and they only party with sig ep. yes there's a significant gap between alpha phi and theta and azd, but I can't think of anyone who'd go before them....
