Who do some of you think you are? Lol like if you didn't get a bid some a house what makes you think they will want you even if you re-rush? Like no. Get off your high horses.

It's true tho.. Also if they didn't see any potential in you or want you the first time WHY WHY WHYYYY would you want to be a sister still? If they didn't like their very first impression of you then doesn't that tell you something ? I know a girl who went through last year, dropped after bid day .. Went through this year because she didn't get DG last year. Now she looks completely different this year .. (Go figure, changed herself to impress these women) and STILL didn't get into DG. Don't be like her.. Be you. & obviously whoever chose you saw your potential.

Sometimes girls just dont click with the houses they end up in, if someone wants to drop and try again the next just to see where they end up the second time and not just to get in a certain chapter or "top tier" house then thats totally fine. There is no problem in accepting a bid and realizing it wasnt for you but still looking to find happiness and sisterhood in greek life, people should be able to have a second chance without being judged and for being on a "high horse" tbh

Okay but let's be real on the reasons why most PNMs don't believe they "fit in" or want to drop a chapter they get a bid to. That is, superfificual reasons.

true and it's sad that's usually how it is but I've also seen PNMS realize after bid day their house is too intense and superficial for them and even if it seemed perfect during pref their house ends up being fake and they'd rather be somewhere more down to earth. I think we have to give girls a little more credit

if you judge a house by bid day that's saything something. Bid day is the most awkward day for everyone. Sisters in a chapter are often exhausted from recruitment and having to speak to more girls is exhausting. Bid day can be a good factor, but go to a new member meeting and meet the girls in your pledge class and talk to some older girls - they will help you.

Also to PNMs, honestly, chapters know much better than you do who fit into their chapters. If you got dropped from a house round 1 or 2 and even 3, that means that it wasn't meant to be... why would that change next year or even the year after
