This is the consensus of several guys in Sigma Chi (and probably a bunch of other fraternities.
Top Tier: Alpha Phi and SDT (AMAZING PC's THIS YEAR), Tri Delt (They got a great PC even though they're going through some tough times)
Middle Tier: Kappa (Down from last year), DG, AEPhi
Lower Tier: AXiD, Phi Sig, GPhiB
The rest don't matter lol...
