Do houses that you go to for preference night know the other houses that you go to that night also?

No, they aren't privy to information each round about where girls go and what their schedules are, how many houses they get asked back to, etc. And it's actually considered rude for them to ask you, so most don't. They'd only know if you volunteered the info.
