academic integrity case pending??????

Can i still rush if I have an academic integrity case pending?? I have a 3.1 average but I'm being accused of plagiarism by a professor. I saw online it says that I can't rush if I have a "judicial case" pending, but I don't think academic integrity is a "judicial case," that would be more like getting caught smoking or drinking.
