fall rush

Fall recruitment is when you get invited to be a part of a chapter without the 8-9 hour days, going through every house, & it is more lax. It's more personal then spring recruitment because there isn't 100 of women going through the house with a noise volume you would hear in the dome.

NOT every house participates....only if they need numbers. It all depend on how well they do at formal recruitment, how many girls graduate/transfer/drop, etc. Usually there's only a handful and it really depends year to year.

The problem with fall rush is that only the houses that don't make quota during formal recruitment or need to boost their numbers from having a lot of girls drop/deactivate participate, so it's not every house participating. If you're smart enough to rise above labels and dumb "rankings" this is actually a great way to get a bid and join a great group of girls you like, but if you're hoping for Kappa or Tridelt, you're not going to be able to get in without going through formal recruitment.
