Since so many girls are rushing does that mean quota will be raised?

Quota is determined after pref
Round based on how many women are left in the system. It's that number divided by house many houses there are.....with a little wiggle room based on how chapters are doing during recruitment.

Quota will most likely be lower this year than last year since the starting number was lower. The PCs will probably be around 50 or so but it is determined by the number of girls during pref. However, it seems like the numbers are not going to have a PC of 70-80 girls like last year.
