Top (>64%) - Crow, Phi Kappa Psi, ATO, TKE, Phi Delt
Middle (63-64%) - Fiji, Sammy, Pike, Theta Chi, DKE
Bottom (<63%) - Sig Chi, Psi U, Sig Ep, ZBT, AEPi
and sororities:
Top (>69%) - Theta, Phi Sig, Tri Delt, DG
Middle (67-69%) - SDT, Kappa, DPhiE, AGD

I don't think it does. I think the number of reviews does. Like Sammy and Phi Delt have 100 more rankings than any other house and same with Tri Delt and Kappa.

Having the most reviews on greekrank means nothing someone could have written 100 reviews on a house 3 years ago and the amount would be inflated now because of that even though 3 years ago is irrelevant to now.
Whatever houses have the most recent positive reviews are most likely to be self-rankers, all you need is common sense to pick up whats obviously fluff and what isn't.
