by: PnmI think I know what house I want to be in and while I still plan on going into recruitment with a fully open mind I would like to just hear if any upperclassmen went through a similar situation and have any advice to share? Thanks!

I went into recruitment with my heart set on a house.
Unfortunately, I didn't make it to pref round with that house.
I look back at it now and I'm thankful I'm in the house I'm in - I have found my best friends in the house I am currently in.
Go in with an open mind, if the house you want ends up dropping you at some point throughout the process, it'll hurt. But I strongly recommend that you continue the process and try the houses you've been invited back to.
