While I agree Phi Sig isn't that great, would you put GPhi, AxiD, SDT, or any of the bottom tier houses up there?

I would say Alpha Phi is better than DG, just in regards to looks and personalities.

DPhiE has gotten better. Not bottom maybe lower middle. Tier. AEPhi has gotten worse. AGD AZD GPhi bottom. Theta Kappa Tri Delt top
