let me explain

Tridelt- consistently good pledge classes, fun girls
Kappa- fun girls, party a lot, not as good of sisterhood as tridelt
DG- definitely falling, but still above alpha phi
Alpha Phi- falling hard, extremely cliquey, but overall much more composed than theta
Theta- fun, approachable, laid back, not very composed, but great sisterhood
Phi Sig- all over the place, lots of nice and funny girls, very loud, huge social climbers and would be much cooler if they focused more on being themselves
AXID- nice & approachable, have been throwing shade lately, but the past two pcs have been great with a few outliers as always, once their seniors graduate, they will have a much better reputation
SDT- ratchet, but cool girls, fun but have a poor sisterhood, and many girls in this house do not have a firm grasp of reality
Gphib- nice girls, but try a little too hard to have a "cool" reputation, better liked as individuals than as a whole, pledge classes do seem to be improving
Dphie- very divided house because it is new and still working on defining itself, however it is definitely an up and coming house, and with many questionable girls graduating last year, they are advancing, still about half as many members as other chapters, and about 20 girls dropped from new PC
Aephi- falling hard, same as sdt with less of a social life and some honestly mean girls, although a good portion of them are approachable as well
Agd- nice girls, but not much of a social life or presence on campus, irrelevant
