The Panhel president being in azd has nothing to do with the house in general. At this point in time, Panhel exec members have disaffiliated from their chapters in preparation for recruitment. Also, don't hate the messenger- fasa directs Panhel exec to carry out certain tasks, like letting houses know of infractions and consequences. A student, no matter what position he or she holds, does not have the power to put a house on sopro.
