If I'll be a second semester sophomore in the spring, do I have any options to rush any sororities? From what I've heard Greek life is really big at Syracuse

^ unofficially- yes. There are some houses who take maybe 1-3 sophomores max. Others have no problem with it and take a ton of them.

Every chapter last year took several sophomores- there's tons of sophomores who rush and if a girl's awesome but she's a sophomore, that's not a reason not to take her

Don't get hung up on thinking your age rules you out! If you go in assuming a certain house "never" takes upperclassmen you might end up giving out the wrong vibe and totally lose out on an opportunity with a few sisterhood! Sophomores really don't have anything to worry about! Juniors and seniors though have pretty much slim to no chance.
