a lot of houses shifted up to me, psi u got better with this pc and recent parties. sammy also is relevant again. sig chi and dke are still top even though sig chis pc is weak. just noticing everything i think phi psi is a top tier house, probably right after dke. zbt is zbt. aepi is getting cooler. ato is also rising

Just because sammy gotta house doesn't mean they're getting better, their last 4 or 5 PCs are all sketchy kids. Phi psi got a bad fall pc and sig ep did pretty well also to mention.

sig ep is still a pretty average house. sammy has parties with good houses usually. fall pc wise what ive seen and heard dke got a really good one, so did pkp, and some of psi us new pc is pretty good
