So if I like see a tridelt girl (or a girl in any house really) on the quad or in class would it be weird if I just went up and talked to them about like anything?? Just to like say hi

I wouldn't if I were you. Some girls could be really nice about it and other girls would think its weird and won't give you the time of day. In all honesty its best to stay under the radar until rush unless you are given the opportunity to talk to a girl in a house. For example, if you and a girl are in the same class and have to work on a project together or you're at a party and are introduced or something. But if you do just be normal and be yourself and don't talk about sorority stuff it makes you look like you're trying too hard.
