gphi/agd

Although alpha phi isn't top tier anymore, I still put them before theta but that could easily change this year. I know the second tier looks kinda weird because it has 4, but I honestly consider sdt more of an upper middle than an lower middle. i put them after phi sig because obviously phi sig is much more involved, social, ect. I put dphie before azd and aephi because they are deff moving up. obviously not top tier matieral yet but not bottom either.

This is so bad... Azd didn't actually have a bad pc but they are def bottom bc of the tke thing.. But if you're actually gonna base it just on pcs and not on recent drama it's
