dirty rushing is when sisters of sororities talk to you and basically convince you to rush their house. they may also tell you that you definitely will get a bid there. sororities here rely heavily on it.

sororities do not rely on dirty rushing that much. Some do definitely more than others. Most people got into their sorority without being dirty rushed. There's a difference between already knowing someone in the house before rush and being dirty rushed

Some houses do it, some don't. I would say tri delt and kappa are 2 of the biggest offenders (my roommates were both dirty rushed into those houses to be completely honest) but the house I'm in didnt dirty rush me at all.

If someone is dirty rushing you it's really not ok. I've seen girls get promised bids and then on bid day they get dropped by that house for another girl. It's sad.

Best thing you can do during rush is keep an open mind, if someone wants to dirty rush you then you can either tell your rho gamma or tell the sister you're trying to keep an open mind.

Don't let another girl choose your house for you. Be your own person and go through rush the right way.

So dirty rush happens during rush and it's just sisters basically telling you you're 100% in their house? I really don't even get what the point is

Dirty rushing is basically when a girl in the house pursues a PNM and promises her a bid to their house before bid day. But girls get dirty rushed and get their hopes up all the time and then don't get a bid to the house they wanted and are crushed. KEEP AN OPEN MIND just rush like everyone else and don't cut corners.
