Reasons: tridelt and kappa are very similar, but tridelt got better pcs the last two years. Dg's pc was better than alpha phi's, but not better than tridelt or kappa . Phi sig had a good pc that brought their name up. Azd fell because of the tke inncident, but it is a little dramatic to put them as bottom tier without seeing how the semester goes for them. gphib is staying stagnant and agd is as well.

Ghib is not above aephi! If anything they're exactly the same. Irrelevant and don't participate in philanthropy or have socials

So yours was pretty good but I made a few changes. This is how I see it.
Tridelt/kappa/dg
Theta/Alpha Phi
phi sig, sdt
azd, dphie
Gphib, aephi, agd
Why?: dg and theta are not on the same level. Theta is not a top tier house yet- sorry it's a great house but it's not top yet. Aephi is literally so irrelevant and do nothing they are interchangeable with gphib basically but gphib is more involved.

Top of top tier: tridelt & kappa
Bottom of top tier: dg
Upper middle tier: alpha phi phi sig, sdt
Bottom middle tier: aephi, azd , dphie
Bottom tier: gphib, adg

Don't start drama by saying dphi should be ahead of alpha phi. You're trying to stir up trouble
Unless you meant aephi? In which case that's different. But obvi they're not a top tier house like alpha phi is/was
