I want to join a house that is most similar to a "classic sorority" that you think of. Which houses are most like that?

DG would be the closest one. But that's not how it works here. Just because that's what you want, it doesn't mean that you will fit in. You pick a sorority based upon other criteria. Not this one, sorry

the sororities on this campus are nothing as they seem. when you go through recruitment houses tend to be very different. ie. Kappa seems very preppy and wears white shirts and colored pants the first day of recruitment while in reality they all wear black on a normal day to day basis.

Agree with the person above, all houses put up a front somewhat and try and put their best foot forward during rush but even so, you can see through it and see the true personalities of the girls
