sorority tier changes

i'm thinking of rushing in the spring and i'm really confused, i thought alpha phi was top? and why is azd so low now? and did dphie really get that much better? i had heard so much last year and i feel like everything changed what do you guys think???

lol. yes azd is dropping but idk how long itll last since everything is dramatized on this site, dphie is better bc they really are trying hard to build a good chapter and their worst sisters graduated, and alpha phi is jappy and wannabe top tier forever (although they are close to top ill give them that). but all that said PLEASE dont even rush if youre just going to choose a house based off greekrank.
