I casually know a few people in DG and Kappa. I am very interested in these two houses. I know they are top tier, but will knowing these girls help me get in at all??

It doesn't matter if they are top tier. That's not the defining factor. Those girls picks girls based on looks. That's the key factor for them, for you to get in
