No one is ever going to tell you their process. Each house is different in that regard. Plus thats irrelevant.

Yes, lots of girls are already friends with certain houses and the feeling is mutual that that's where they'll end up. But just as many come through not knowing anybody. It's a mix. Let's not get girls thinking they are SOL if they don't already have a BFF in a house.

On bid day in my house, we all gather in the chapter room, laughing and smiling about how excited we are to get new sisters! Then our president gathers us all together in a big circle across the entire room. Then we ring the bell of atonement and sacrifice the house virgin to the Greek Gods. We use her blood to pay tribute and bless our house before our new baby sisters arrive!

And then we craft :)
