As long as you are still in the new member period and were not initiated. Once you get initiated you can disaffiliate but you can't re-rush and try to join another house.

ive heard of this happening only once and it was an extreme case. the answer is unless you dirty the second house and that second house has to really want you before the time youre a junior you have no shot
