25% get bids. so dont be dumb and suicide top houses...

Especially with one open house night instead of two more guys are going to reach for the top houses and ignore the middle to lower houses where most probably belong. Don't blame us when the top house doesn't give you an invite because 300 other guys are also spending 2-3 hours there tonight.

according to ifc 60% of kids dont get bids, or at least that was for last spring
