Everyone gets a bid since the ostrum houses give a bid to everyone. But the top houses, around 200-300 guys try to rush them and they only hand out 20 bids each. Do not only rush a top house. Have a back up. The reason only 50 percent of guys actually join is because they only rush top houses and don't get a bid and have no back up
