AEPhi/SDT are def the easiest to get into, they barely cut anyone. They just look for a specific type of girl and those are the girls who don't cut them so they end up with who they want anyways.

Honestly, I feel that the middle tier houses are the best ones like AEPhi, AZD, Theta, Phi Sig. They're all really looking for cool chill girls and real sisters. As long as you are yourself, they will want you. They look for the genuine ones. They'd choose the less attractive but cool girls over the boring/fake pretty girls.
