Frats
If this was 3 years ago for frats then yes. But sammy's hurting..middle tier now. Tke is not better than phi psi or psi u. And ZBT is nothing without having tridelt every weekend. This is strictly all based on their rushes and social scene.
Sororities
Tridelt and kappa are interchangable 1/2. Alpha phi DG interchangable 3/4.

-Sammy is still a good house regardless of not having a house. They may not be as popular as they once were but they also are not gonna be irrelevant overnight. Still top tier in my opinion at least until they really drop off in competing with rush.
-TKE is absolutely better than phi psi and psi u. Some girls like them/some hate them...mostly cuz that dump of a house...but they have their own personality as a house and better guys. Psi u is kinda wallpaper and phi psi has too many try hards.
-Why would you mention ZBT partying a lot with TriDelt as a bad thing? TriDelt is arguably the best/most fun sorority to party with and ZBT parties a lot with them so they're not that good because of it? If anything that's a compliment to them so don't understand that one either.
