yes completely agree. i think this is a pretty accurate ranking of all the houses but for any PNMs on here, just remember that "top house" doesn't mean the best house for you necessarily and "bottom house" doesn't mean it's the worst. this is just a ranking of who parties, who has a presence on campus, who's most involved, participates in philanthropies, etc.
girls get really catty about this (just look below lol) but find the house that's right for YOU! whether that's tri delt or agd or anywhere in between!

^ lol hey dphie. no need to defend yourselves every negative post there is about you. there are negative posts about every chapter on this site, and your are spurring yours on by not ignoring them.

agree with the above.

Spend less time worrying what others think about you/post about you and THEN you will see your chapter improving. until then, DPhiE remains the bottom.
