What houses have the most genuine sisterhoods, closest friendships?

Closest sisterhood and real friendships exist in every house - it is a myth IMO that certain houses have better "sisterhood". Pay attention to the other PNMs you are seeing at parties, especially at pref. Its in ur MC that you will find your close friends.
