PNM conduct first week back

is it true that we can drink during sylly week or should we just avoid going out at all during recruitment? wasn't sure if dry period starts when u sign up or when actual rush begins???

told my friends this and they won't listen. they don't believe it's as serious as it seems to be for srats

Seriously, do what you feel like doing. Maybe your friends will be fine going out, but plenty of other PNMs have been cut from top houses for doing this. It's not 100% for sure but it's a possibility. You decide what works for you.

When I rushed I went out sylly week to the bar. You are completely fine as long as u aren’t making a fool out of yourself! You can’t go out during the week between recruitment. But frats are def a no no.

Ofc you CAN go out to bars or whatever during sylly week but if girls in sororities see you they WILL judge you for it. 100% It says something about your judgement if you can't follow rules. There are a lot of rules in sororities.

. Trust me it’s not that deep. I went out my sylly week when I rushed but only to the bar, just don’t make a fool out of yourself. Frats are def a no no, house parties are fine, and don’t go out during the week between rounds! Good luck and have fun!
