All houses have 2.5 GPA as the baseline for new members. All houses take PNMs with this GPA, including Kappa. Recruitment is a head game so try not to overthink.

Idk what the other person is talking about but think of it this way, u and another girl got the same rankings, they can only take like 300 girls for the next party, there’s a high chance u might get cut if the other girl has a higher GPA than u

Kappa may have higher GPA expectations for active/initiated members, but at Syracuse all sororities have 2.5 minimum GPA to go thru recruitment/be offered a bid. All srats take new members that have a 2.5 GPA.

NOT every house will take someone with the minimum GPA to enter recruitment. Often national set a minimum GPA for their chapters ---- mine, for example, is 2.7. You WILL be cut if your GPA is lower than 2.7. It doesn't matter how much we love you or how amazing you are, it's a rule. Advisors are watching and nationals are watching.

Not true. No house is cutting anyone based solely on GPA. You're not gonna cut someone with all sorts of positives just because they have 2.7.

Everyone's saying the same thing here – no one's cutting you solely because of GPA. This isn't the SEC ffs. However if it comes down to numbers and PNM has a higher GPA than the other, all things being equal, then GPA might be the deciding factor.
