Which srats actively look for hot pnms more than anything (other than like some personality stuff)

All srats factor in looks to some degree. But personality and self confidence matters too- no srat is looking for a MC full of boring hotties fr.

Aphi/tri delt factor more looks over personality, while kappa dg phi sig go for both, but no house wants girls with 0 personality

This somewhat true- also for Kappa, Tri delt and DG. But all houses have a list of PNMs they are going to rush.
