They're pretty competitive during recruitment, so it's not an easy place to get a bid from. But their vibe (though its good) doesn't appeal to everyone, just like any sorority - so you've got to see if they're fit for you once you get into the process. Not specific to PhiSig, but it's common to have a very different feeling about srats once you actually start recruitment - so don't get set on any one house.
