1. I'm not in Theta Chi, but I'm not going to leave DKE at the top cause then I'm a DKE meat rider.

2. If Psi U wasn't under investigation I'd have them take Theta Chi's spot. That's why I swapped them. There's not as much info on Psi U circulating besides rumors. Phi Psi had recognizable faces in them, THATS why they're kicked off my list and not Phi Psi.
