Dropped after Go Greek round

by: TZ

My friend was dropped from two houses after the Go Greek round. She knew many girls in both houses so she is quite confused? Is it just up to the girls she spoke to that day for Go Greek? Seeems a little premature for cutting someone who has great friends in the houses?

it can be up to a lot of things for sure, usually predominantly the girls she talked to. the girls that know her can put in a good word but there isn’t much else. it is not recommended to mention that you know girls in the house because it can seem like you’re trying to use that to your advantage

Many possible reasons and truth is she'll never know. 1) Could have been a grades cut-off. Those are firm despite how many people somebody knows. 2) Bump group ratings matter. If she happened to get a group where she didn't really connect with anybody, unfortunately she probably got scored lower. In the early rounds, advisors and the team in charge of managing invite lists with Panehl don't typically read off the whole invite back list to. It's possible the alleged friends had no clue. 3) That said, friends can vouch for those they know coming through recruitment. Chapters handle this different ways. But again, it's really hard to manage with so many girls coming through in the first round. Sometimes things DO slip through the cracks, that's the reality of this system. Tell your friend to focus on the places she got invited back!!!
